How do orders ship?
Orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS). Your shipping confirmation includes a USPS tracking number.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from 29 HILLCREST DR UNIT 14, HATTIESBURG, MS 39402. Inventory is held at 29 HILLCREST DR UNIT 14, HATTIESBURG, MS 39402. We do not use a third-party fulfillment partner.
How do I check whether a soap dispenser will fit beside my sink?
Compare the height and width or diameter listed on the product page with the free space on your counter or tray. Leave room to press the pump comfortably. If a measurement you need is not listed, email support@voogli.com with the product name before ordering.
How can I tell how much liquid a dispenser holds?
Where the product page gives a capacity, it appears with the other specifications for that dispenser. If the capacity is not listed, or you want to check it against a refill bottle you already use, ask support@voogli.com before you buy.
Will my toothbrushes fit in a holder?
Look at the slot count and opening measurements on the toothbrush holder's product page and compare them with your toothbrush handles. Electric toothbrush handles vary in size, so contact support@voogli.com with your model if you are unsure about the fit.
What comes with a bathroom accessory set?
The included-items list on the product page names the pieces and the quantity supplied for that set. Soap, toothbrushes, cotton pads and other styling items in the photos come with the order only when that list names them.
Does a holder or caddy stand on the counter or mount on the wall?
The product details say whether a piece is freestanding or designed for wall mounting, and the included-items list names any hardware supplied. Ask support@voogli.com before ordering if the placement or mounting parts are unclear.
How should I clean ceramic, glass, metal or plastic pieces?
Follow any care instructions given on the product page, since suitable cleaning methods differ between materials and finishes. If the listing does not give the guidance you need, email support@voogli.com with the product name.
Where do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is free to the 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Washington, DC. Orders ship by USPS from Hattiesburg, Mississippi. An order placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CST/CDT) on a business day starts processing that day; later orders start the next business day. Processing takes 0-1 business days, and USPS transit is estimated at 2-4 business days after dispatch. Weekends and major U.S. holidays are not business days. What if an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong?
Email support@voogli.com with your order number within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Transit damage needs to be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the product, the outer box, the shipping label and the inner packaging.
